摘要
本文探讨了企业知识管理的任务、构成环节、核心功能，并重点分析了企业知识管理与知识产权保护之间的相互关系，提出了在实施企业知识管理过程中应当充分重视一系列的知识产权保护问题。
The paper discusses the duty, compartments and center function of intellectual management, mainly analyses the relationship of knowledge management and the protect of intellectual property. Then point, out the series of problems in knowledge property protect.
