摘要
中国加入WT0后,教育管理也将由教育系统内部,扩展到教育系统以外的资源管理。而对教学管理也赋予了新的含义,即遵循管理规律,科学地计划、组织、协调与控制教学可利用的一切办学资源,保证教学活动的有效运转。
After China's entering of WTO, educational management will gradually develop into resource management and from inside to the outside of education system. It will entrust a new implication in educational management, which is to adhere to the law of management, scientifically plan, organize, coordinate and control any useful resources for running a school, and assure the effective running of educational activities.
