共沉降-热压法原位反应合成TiC/Ni连续梯度材料 被引量:6

摘要 研究了制备连续梯度功能材料的共沉降 -热压法 (CS/RHP)。采用该方法以Ti、C、Ni三种粉末为原料原位反应生成TiC ,制备了TiC/Ni梯度材料。 The TiC/Ni functionally gradient material (FGM) with continuous component distribution was produced by the co-sedimentation/hot pressing (CS/HP) process in which TiC was prepared with in-situ reaction synthesis and using Ti, C and Ni powders as raw materials. During the synthesis of TiC, Ti and C synthesized TiC with slow reactive rate at 900°C; at 1250°C, Ti and Ni synthesized eutectic NiTi, then NiTi and C reacted to form TiC and Ni. The microstructure was analysed by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy.
