摘要
针对重油催化裂化装置再生线路存在的问题 ,通过对再生线路的改造 ,新型预提升器、干气预提升及高效喷嘴技术的应用、双效流程的开发 ,不但消除了装置的“瓶颈” ,使再生线路流化状态得到了显著的改善 ,加工量明显提高 ,而且为直馏汽油改质提供了新的途径。改造后 ,轻质油收率提高 ,液化石油气产率增加 ,经济效益显著。
RFCCU regeneration route has been revamped aimed at the problems existing in it. Meanwhile a new type of pre-riser and the technologies of drygas pre-rising and high efficiency nozzle were applied and a flow scheme with double effect has been developed. It is showed that not only the 'bottle-neck' in RFCCU has been eliminated, fluidized state of regeneration route was improved and the process capacity increased evidently, but also a new way for straight run gasoline up-grading has been provided. After revamping, yields of light oil and LPG have been increased and the direct economic benefits have been enhanced greatly.
