摘要
研究了近红外光谱测定汽油、溶剂油和煤油等轻质油品的馏程、蒸气压的方法。在济南炼油厂1年来的生产控制分析结果表明,该方法的精度和重复性均满足标准分析方法的要求,具有快速、准确等优点,值得推广。
The method for determining distillation range and vapor pressure of light oils, such as gasoline, solvent naphtha and kerosene, by near infrared spectroscopy (NIR) has been developed. The routine analysis results of one year in Jinan Refinery showed that the repeatability and accuracy of the NIR method was fulfilled the requirements of the standard methods. The NIR method has the advantages of rapid analysis and better accuracy, which is worth to spread out.
