摘要
本文在对液压油综合体积弹性模量影响因素分析的基础上,推导出了油液综合体积弹性模量随油压变化的理论模型及其简化形式。并采用互相关测速方法对系统的油液综合体积弹性模量进行了实测。引用线性最小二乘法拟合和非线性优化方法求解等手段,对各模型参数进行了辨识,并对各模型的精度进行了评价。以泵—管道—加载溢流阀系统为实例,证实了理论模型是正确的和试验测试方法是可行的。由此求得的模型使液压系统动态分析的精度大为提高。
On the basis of analyzing the factors effacting the effective bulk modulus of elasticity of hydraulic oil (β_e),thepaper puts forward β_e mathematical model and its simplified forms considering the variation of oil pressure.With the cross-correla-tion speed measuring method,the experimental data of β_e,have been obtained successfully.The model parameters were identified byusing the linear least square fitting method and non-linear optimization method,and the modelling precisions have been evaluated.In a simple pump-pipe-valve system,it has been proved that the theoretical models are accurate and the test method is practicable.The models obtained by the forementioned method increase the precision of the dynamic analysis of hydraulic systems greatly.
