摘要
只有心理健康的教师 ,才能健康地从事教育工作 ,才能培育出心理健康的学生。由于教育职业本性、教师劳动特点以及教师和学生在师生关系中各自所处的特殊地位与特殊关系 ,决定了教师经常会处于心理应激状态 ,从而导致心理健康状态受到消极影响。降低心理应激消极影响的关键是提高教师的应对能力 ,学校管理层面的工作也有一定作用。
Mental health of teachers is very important, because only the teachers who are mentally healthy can cultivate mentally healthy students. Due to the nature of teachers, the character of teachers' work, teachers' and students' special status in the relationship between students and teachers, and the special relationship, teachers are always being held in stress, which harms the level of mental health. To reduce the negative influence, the key is to improve teachers` reaction-ability. The efforts of school management work, too.
