摘要
目的 探讨前列腺结石发病机制及其诊断与治疗。方法 本文报告 5 6例前列腺结石症。采用肛检、X线、B超、CT等检查对患者作出诊断 ,以手术和药物治疗并随访观察。结果 合并前列腺增生症患者采取手术治疗及药物治疗 ,均治愈或症状改善。合并慢性前列腺炎患者予以对症处理后症状均好转。合并前列腺癌患者按前列腺癌处理后病情无特殊。其余患者均随访观察病情无变化。
Objective To evaluate nosogenesis,diagnosis and therapy of calculi of prostate.Methods All of the patients were treated by operation or drug and follow-up as soon as diagnosed through DRE,X ray,ultrasonography and CT.Results The patients combined with BPH were cured or improved when threated by operation or dugs.The aptients combined with prostatitis or prostate cancer were improved when treated with drugs.Other patients had no changes during follow-up.Conclusions Ultrasonography and CT are more reliable in diagnosis of caluli of prostate.
