摘要
目的 探索用尿激酶治疗高粘稠度、低PSA精液的效果。方法 18例已明确高粘稠度、低PSA精液者 ,使用尿激酶体外实验证明能有效降低精液的粘稠度 ,而且能提高精子活动力和活动率。将尿激酶干冻粉溶解后置入配偶的阴道内性交。结果 18例被临床研究对象中 ,有 4例相继受孕并分娩 ,治疗有效率 2 2 .2 2 %。结论应用尿激酶干冻粉治疗高粘稠度、低PSA精液是一个简便。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of highly viscous and low PSA semen using urokinase.Methods Eighteen infertile men with highly viscous and low PSA semen were treated with urokinase 20000 IU within spouse's vagina.Results Among 18 infertile patients,4 spouses were pregnant.The successful rate is 22.22-%.Conclusions Using urokinase is a handy and efficacious method in treating highly viscous and low PSA semen.
