摘要
中国社会正处于一个转型期。在从传统社会到现代化社会的发展过程中 ,法律与现代中国社会之间的良性互动关系成为不可忽视的问题。当今 ,公众法律意识的淡薄已成为了推行法治的一大障碍。这种观念上的滞后有其来自传统社会结构、文化、生产方式等深层次的原因 ,与今天的市场经济、民主与法制建设和全球化的大趋势格格不入。我们有必要通过法律认知、法律感受到法律最终被信仰 ,使公众的法律意识从淡薄到投入 ,进而从根本上确保社会主义法治国家的顺利进行。
Chinese society is on a turning point from the traditional society to a modern society.The beginning mutual relation between the law and the modern Chinese society becomes a problem which we should not neglect.Recent survey shows that the indifference of public legal consciousness has blocked our push to the rule of law when we energetically strengthen the construction of legal system.The lag of the idea resulted from the deep reason of traditional social structure,culture and product methods and is against the grain of today's market economy,construction of democracy and legal system and the trend of globalization.It is necessary for us to make public legal consciousness turn from indifference to devotion by the means of law perceive,law recept and law belief ultimately,so as to ensure the construction of the socialist state ruling of law.
