摘要 目的 对地胆草的化学成分进行研究。方法 通过理化性质和波谱分析方法对结构进行鉴定并通过二维核磁共振技术 (1H 1HCOSY ,HMQC ,HMBC)对aurantiamideacetate的所有氢和碳的核磁共振化学位移进行了归属。结果 从地胆草中首次分得两个二肽衍生物。结论 鉴定其结构分别为 :N (N1 benzoyl S phenylalani lyl) S phenylalaninol (aurantiamide)及其乙酸酯 (aurantiamideacetate)。 AIM\ The purpose is to isolate and elucidate the constituentes from the whole plant of \%Elephantopus scaber\%, and to provide samples for active filtration. METHODS\ The chromatography on silica gel was used and the structures were determined by IR, \+1H NMR, \+\{13\}C NMR, 2D NMR and MS spectra analysis and physico chemical properties compare. RESULTS\ Two dipepetides were isolated and identified as aurantiamide and aurantiamide acetate. CONCLUSION\ The two dipepetides were isolated from genus \%Elephantopus\% for the first time and all signals of \+1H and \+\{13\}C NMR spectra were assigned unambiguously by 2D NMR.
