大肠癌患者明胶酶A基因表达的研究

STUDY OF GELATINASE A GENE EXPRESSION IN PATIENT WITH CARCINOMA OF LARGE INTESTINE

摘要 目的 :了解大肠癌患者明胶酶 A基因表达的情况。方法 :50例大肠癌患者术中取癌组织及正常组织 ;提取组织总 RNA;用反转录共扩增定量 PCR方法测定其明胶酶 A基因表达水平。结果 :大肠癌组织明胶酶 A( MMP2 )的基因表达明显高于正常大肠组织 ;发生局部淋巴结转移者组织明胶酶 A基因表达水平明显高于局部淋巴结无转移者。结论 :明胶酶 A在大肠癌的浸润、转移中可能起重要作用。 Objective:To investigate the gelatinase A(MMP 2) gene expression in patients with carcinoma of large intestine.Methods:Cancerous tissue and normal large intestinal tissue were obtained from 50 patients with carcinoma of large intestine and total RNA was isolated from tissues.Gelatinase A gene expression level was measured by quantitative analysis of reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction.Results:Gelatinase A gene expression level in cancerous tissue was much higher than that of normal tissue. MMP 2 gene expression level in patients with local lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than those patients without local lymph node metastasis.Conclusion:Gelatinas A might play an important role in invasion and metastasis of carcinoma of large intestine.
