摘要
本文较精确地分析了H型钢连轧时在万能孔型中作用在轧件上的各种水平方向作用力,最终建立了前滑与前、后张力之间的解析关系式。在三机架可逆式连轧机组上进行了实尺寸连轧实验研究,实验结果与计算结果吻合良好,为正确计算连轧张力,实现最小张力控制提供了理论依据。
After analyzing all horizontel forces acted on the workpicce in the universal pass, a forrnula on the relationship between tension and Coward slip is derived. The theoretical results agree satisfactorily with that measured cm a 3-stand reversible continuous rolling mill of H beam. This work sets a basis for corretly determining the tension, and optimizing tension control in rolling.
