连铸生产中发生的漏钢事故给生产带来极大影响。通过对异物卷入漏钢原因的分析 ,阐明了耐火材料、大颗粒的氧化物杂夹、保护渣对卷入漏钢的影响 。
The effect of leakage of molten steel on the CC operation is harmful. By analyzing the reasons of the leakage of molten steel caused by foreign matters involved, the effects of refractory, large size oxide inclusion and powder on the involving leakage are explained, the measures to prevent the foreign matters from involving are put forward.
