摘要
本文论述了高炉液压式无料钟炉顶设备的开发与应用,特别对全液压传动布料器作了详细的介绍。这种新型无料钟炉顶布料器与传统的P-W型布料器相比,结构大为简化,具有制造方便、重量轻、运转平稳、便于控制、布料灵活等优点。
The development and application of the fully hydraulic bell-less top equipment of blast furnace was discussed in this paper, especially gives a detailed introduction on the fully hydraulic charger. This new type of bell-less top charger,compared with the traditional P-W type charger, is simpler in structure and has the advantages of easy manufacturing, smooth running, light weight,convenient control and flexible charger.
