摘要
对赤峰含粘土硅藻土 ,进行了物理—化学联合工艺的提纯研究 ,得到了物理—化学提纯的最佳条件 ,并分析了各影响因素在提纯过程中的作用。试验结果表明 ,采用物理—化学联合工艺提纯赤峰含粘土硅藻土 ,可以制备出含SiO2 93.6 7% ,Al2 O3 2 .0 9% ,Fe2 O3 0 .2 4 %的优质硅藻土精土 。
After researches abstract on purifying Chifeng diatomite mixed with clay,best conditions of chemical-physical process was realizied.Final results indicates aualified diatomite which contains SiO 2 93.67% Al 2O 3 2.09% Fe 2O 3 0.24% could be get.Furthermore,this technology consumes less acid compared with others.
