摘要
分析了高频磁场作用下铝熔体连续处理时夹杂的去除效率。计算结果表明 ,夹杂去除效率随管径的增大而降低 ,而随夹杂平均停留时间的延长以及磁感应强度有效值的增加而增加。提高去除效率的有效途径是增大磁感应强度或降低分离器管径 。
The inclusion removal efficiency for the continuous processing of aluminium melt with the high frequency magnetic field is analyzed in the thesis.The calculation results show that the removal efficiency decreases with the increase of the pipe radius,and increases with the prolongation of the average resident time of the inclusion as well as the increase of the magnetic flux density.The effective way to improve the removal efficiency is increment of the magnetic flux density or decrement of the pipe radius,while the frequency of the magnetic field will be increased accordingly with the decrease of the pipe radius.
