微量添加剂对铝合金晶粒细化的工艺探讨 被引量:4

摘要 以典型铝合金6063为研究对象,文章分别讨论了稀土、Al-Ti-B、A1TiBRE中间合金和Al-Ti-C对其晶粒细化的影响,在分析实验数据的基础上,对四种添加剂的细化效果略作比较,总结出了各细化剂的特性及最佳工艺配方。 Proceeding from typical6063aluminum alloy,the effects of tittle additives on improvement of Al alloy crystal grains are presented.Four kinds of additives were tested for comparison of refinement performances of Al alloy crystalline grains.Finally the appropriate ad-ditives and the refining crafts there of are summarized.
