炼铁、烧结、炼焦三生产车间的节能优化协调

摘要 铁、烧、焦三个工序的能耗占整个冶金企业的60%,过去对这些工序主要是考核各工序的单耗指标,对各工序间的优化配合重视不够。本文重点介绍建立一生产系统的优化协调模型的思路和方法,并结合某工厂的实例,对比说明系统内务工序间优化协调的效果。 Energy consumption in ironmaking, sinter and cokemaking processes makes up 60% of the total energy consumption in a metallurgical enterprice. In the past, the unit consumption indexes themselves was taken to assess these processes, but the optimum coordinations between them were neglected. This article puts emphasis on the introduction to the ideas and the methods with which the model to coordinate optimally a production system is established. With combining the practice of a certain factory, the results coordinating optimally these processes in a production system are explained.
