摘要
本文基于系列的理论解析与试验研究工作,介绍了在高速燃烧供热条件下,以对流传热为主体的火焰炉炉膛热交换特征和相应的传热计算模型,提出对以辐射为主体的传统炉膛热交换理论与计算方法应以修正和发展的认识。对金属冲击加热和强化对流热处理加热过程进行了探讨。并在此基础上,讨论了炉型结构问题。
On the basis of a series of theoretical analysis and experimental studies, the heat exchange characteristics of flame furnace hearth mainly working on convection in the condition of supplying heat by high-speed burner and the corresponding model for heat transfer computation are presented in this paper, an idea is given that the traditional heat exchange theory and computation method in the furnace hearth primarily dependant on radiation should be modified and developed. Investigations on the reheating process of metal shock reheating and intensified convection heat treatment are made. In addition , the problems of furnace shape structure are discussed.
