摘要
本文介绍了一种全新结构的组合罩式炉。它将外罩和内衬在结构上分为几部分,用异形纤维砖做内衬,拼装组合而成。收到了降低煤气单耗20.55％、缩短热处理周期7.8h等效益。
In this paper, a new type of combined hood furnace is presented. The external hood and lining of the furnace fall into several parts in structure. The lining is made of special fibre bricks and these parts are put together to form the furnace. The results are that gas unit consumption is lowered by 20. 55 percent and heat treating cycle is reduced by 7. 8 hours, and so on.
