ON EVALUATION OF EFFICIENCY OF METAL CONVECTIVE HEAT EXCHANGER

摘要 随着冶金炉窑用换热器型式的多样化和强化手段的应用,单纯以K值大小评价换热器显然是不全面的。本文提出了用换热元件单位长度获得热量的多少及单位换热体积得到热量的多少这二个指标做为评价标准的问题,并用计算数据和实际运行数据对此观点作了分析论证。结果表明,翅片换热器是换热效率很高的换热器。 As heat exchangers employed in metallurgical furnaces are diversified and strengthened measures are taken, it is not complete to evaluate heat exchangers by the value K (overall coefficient of heat transfer) itself. Taking the amount of heat gained by unit length of heat exchange element and unit volume of heat exchangers as criteria of evaluating heat exchangers is put forward in this paper. This idea is analysed and demonstrated with computative and practical data. As a result, it is demonstrated that finned recuperators are the heat exchangers with very high heat exchanging efficiency.
