摘要
用什么指标评价一个企业的能源工作,始终是行业能源管理中要探讨的一个重要问题。十年多来,我国一直用吨钢综合能耗和吨钢可比能耗来评价钢铁工业和企业节能工作的进展情况。但随着“载能体”概念的提出,以及系统节能技术的推广使用,人们感到用产品能耗指标来评价钢铁生产过程用能的合理程度似乎更具有科学性。本文探讨研究了在用产品能耗评价企业用能情况时,必然联系的一些重要问题。
What indexes are used to reflect the energy works in an enterprise has always been a main problem deserving investigation in energy management in industry . In the past 10 years or more, the comprehensive energy consump-tion and the comparable energy consumption per ton steel have been adopted to evaluate development of energy-saving work of iron and steel industry and enterprises. With emerging of the idea of energy carrier and extended application of systematical energy-saving technology, however, people become aware that it seems more scientific using product energy consumption indexes to appraise reasonable level of energy use in iron and steel production. In the paper, some important problems, which must be considered in evaluating condition of enterprise energy use with product energy consumption, are studied tentatively.
