摘要
换热器的露点腐蚀目前还没有引起足够的重视。本文通过实例,对换热器的露点腐蚀及烟气露点温度进行了分析,并推荐在燃料中含硫1％左右的烟气下工作的换热器,其最低壁温应大于150℃。
At present, the point corrosion in heat exchanger is not paid enough attention. Through practical cases, this paper analysis the dew point corrosion of gases with sulphur in heat exchanger and its dew point temperature. With the fuel with sulphur about 1 percent, it is recommendable that the minimum temperature of heat exchanger wall is more than 150℃.
