摘要
目的 :探讨老年人腰椎退行性滑脱症的原因 ,提高影像诊断水平。方法 :31例腰椎退行性滑脱症 (DS)均摄有标准的腰椎X线正、侧位片。并进行了CT扫描。结果 :通过X线平片及CT扫描影像综合观察 ,31例均有腰椎不稳及程度不同的椎间盘突出、膨出 ,关节突的增生、硬化、椎小关节面的粗糙、囊变 ,韧带的损伤而导致椎管的变形。结论 :通过对腰椎的综合检查 ,对腰椎退行性滑脱症的发病机理与影像关系的综合分析 ,提高了对该病的诊断能力 。
Objective:To study the etiology of lumbar degenerative spondylolisthesis (DS) for the elders. The purpose is improve the ability of medical imaging diagnosis.Methods:31 cases of lumbar degenerative spondylolisthesis (DS) has been taken normal lumbar spine radiography in A-P, Lat position and CT scanning.Results:To observe and analyzing 31 cases of radiograph and CT manifestations, all of them had unstable lumbar spine and different grade of protrude intervertebral disk, inflated intervertebral disk of lumbar spine. Hyperplasia and cirrhosis of superior and inferior articular facet, roughness of interface joint and the damnification of ligament causes the distortion of vertebral canal. Conclusion:All above the observeing and analyzing had provide the evidence for the DS's diagnosis and health care of the elders.
