摘要
在冶金企业里,高炉煤气放散的现象并未杜绝,尤其在非钢铁联合企业的小铁厂里。很有必要寻求扩大高炉煤气的用途。本文介绍了高炉煤气在8.25m^2带式烧结机辅助点火上的使用,其中包括所采取的技术措施和安全措施。10个月的生产实践表明,高炉煤气用在烧结点火方面技术上完全可行,安全上完全可靠,代油量已达76.7%,高炉煤气放散率也从40%~50%降到了5%以下。
The B. F. gas exhaust exists still in metallurgical enterprises, especially in small iron factory not belonging to a integrated iron & steel Co.. It is necessary to seek a new use for B. F. gas. The application of B. F. gas as auxiliary ignition in 8. 25m2straight line sintering machine has been introduced in this paper,involving the technical mea- sures and safety measures. It is shown through 10-month production that use of B. F. gas in sintering ignition is feasible in technologies and reliable in safety,the amount of oil substituted by gas reaching to 76. 7 per cent,and the exhaust rate of B. F. gas decreasing from 40~50 per cent to less than 5 per cent.
