摘要
烧结过程是从点火开始的。点火过程进行得如何,不仅影响烧结生产的产量与质量,而且对能源的消耗有直接影响。本文依据1988年6月~7月间,对武钢烧结厂一烧车间的3号烧结机在正常、稳定生产条件下的多次测定数据,就点火操作控制条件与节能的关系进行了探讨。
Sintering process is started from ignition, and bad or good the ignition operation is, influences not only on output and quality of sintering, but also directly on energy consumption. In light of test data measured from the sintering machine No. 3 of WISC in June and July in 1988 under normal and stable production, this paper investigates the relation between ignition operation conditions controlled and energy conservation.
