摘要
目的 调研医学院校应届毕业生思想状况 ,探讨针对性管理策略。方法 对 6 70名毕业年级学生进行多方位的问卷调查分析。结果 应届毕业生的思想状况有明显的特殊性及紧迫性。
Objective To make a survery and study of the mind state of the graduating medical college students,and to explore the specific tactics employed for student management on this level.Methods Questionnaires covering all aspects were distributed among 670 graduating students,and their responses were comprehensively analyzed.Results The graduating students' mind state is strongly characterized by its particularity and urgency.Conclusion The crux of training qualified talents for the country is to work out specific management tactics in accordance with the special characteristics of graduating students. [
