摘要
目的 比较三色流式细胞术检测细胞表面抗原几种设门方法的异同。方法 采用较为先进的流式细胞检测技术 ,选用不同设门方法对人胸腺细胞CD4、CD8及Fas抗原进行检测。结果 两次设门分析结果要比一次设门更精确 ;计数尽可能多的细胞可以提高结果的准确性。
Objective To compare the difference of methods of making gates in analysis cell surface antigen with three colour flow cytometry.Methods Three colour flow cytometry and several ways of making gates were adoped to examine CD 4?CD 8 and Fas antigen of human thytometry.Results The analysis of making two gates is more accurate than one gate;to collect much cells can improve the precision.Conclusion Researcher can select suitable methods of making gates. [
