不同的冠脉病变支数对冠心病患者心率变异性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨有不同冠脉病变支数的冠心病(CHD)患者对心率变异性 (HRV)的影响及其相互之间的差异。方法 观察经冠脉造影证实的 4 3例单支病变、5 0例双支病变、39例三支病变的CHD患者及 4 1名健康人 2 4h白天及夜间段心率变异长程时域。结果 CHD患者HRV中的指标SDNN、SDANN、SDNNIDX均显著低于健康对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;不同病变支数患者之间的HRV无显著性差异。结论 CHD患者的HRV降低 ;HRV的改变和CHD患者冠脉的病变支数无直接关系。 Objective To investigate the alteration of heart rate variability (HRV) between single,double or triple vessel lesions in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods HRV time domain of 43 patients with sing vessel disease,50 patients with double vessel disease,39 patients with triple vessel disease and 41 healthy adults as control in 24 hours,daytime and nighttime were determined and analysed.All of them had accepted coronary arteriography. Results The SDNN,SDANN,SDNN IDX in three groups of patients were lower than those in control group( 05). But these parameters had no significant difference in three groups. Conclusion HRV in CHD patients decreased significantly,HRV had no relationship between the single,double or triple vessel lesions sufferer.
