摘要
当前中国在医疗卫生领域的三大改革正在不断地向纵深推进,医疗资源配置的方式由政府配置转向由市场配置将是必然的趋势,可以预言,伴随着外资医院的进入、民营医院的崛起和公立医院营利性与非营利性的分家,在不久的将来职业院长将成为一个不小的群体活跃在中国医疗卫生领域。本文从历史演进的角度介绍了美国医院院长职业化的进程并对其原因进行了分析,希望对中国的同行能有所启发。
At present, three important reforms in medical field are going to depth gradually, the mode of configuring the medical resource has been changed from being by the government to the market, which will be the inevitable direction. It can be predicted that with the hospitals run by foreign capital entering China, the growing up of the private hospitals and the separation of profit hospital and non-profit hospital, the specialized hospital directors will become a small colony in near future. That will flourish in the field of the health care in China. From the angle of the history, the article introduces the process of the specialization of the hospital directors in USA and analyzes the reason.
