摘要
目的 了解滇东高原三类哨点人群艾滋病知识、态度及行为的认知及异同,为健康教育提供依据。方法 选择戒毒所、性病及孕妇哨点门诊就诊的人群为调查对象,进行现场不记名问卷调查。结果 （1）三类哨点人群对 HIV/AIDS有一定了解,但对不会传染HIV的途径及一些重要相关知识认识不足;（2）戒毒所人群的认知率多项高于性病门诊或（和）孕妇门诊人群（P<0.05）,性病门诊人群对HIV/AIDS的歧视突出;（3）对HIV/AIDS防护意识不足。戒毒所人群共用针具、性病门诊人群多性伴而不用安全套的比例高,孕妇门诊人群1人有吸毒体验。结论 应进一步加强HIV/AIDS健康教育,注重信息准确、点面结合,推广安全套及清洁注射器的使用,同时消除歧视、倡导全社会参与,遏制HIV/AIDS向一般人群的传播。
Objective To understand difference of the knowledge, attitude and behavior related to HIV/AIDS among the three population groups and provide evidence for the health education. Methods An anonymous questionnaire was conducted with face to face interview to investigate the three population groups under sentinel surveillance who drug users detained at detoxification unit, attendants of STD clinic and pregnant women clinic. Results (1) It showed that the three population groups under sentinel surveillance knew the basic knowledge of HIV/AIDS, but the rather poor answer was abtained relating non-transmission route of HIV and some important knowledge. (2)The correct answer rates in drug users detained at detoxification unit was higher than those who attendants of STD clinic or/and pregnant women clinic ( P <0.05) .The attendants of STD clinic had more discrimination against HIV/AIDS. (3)The consciousness of HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment was poor. High proportion of drug users detained at the detoxification unit shared injection syringe, and attendants of STD clinic had two or more sex partners with unprotected sex. One drug user was found in the attendants of pregnant women clinic. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the health education of HIV/AIDS and emphasize the accuracy of knowledge, to unify the point and area, to strengthen promoting condom use and using clean syringe, to eliminate discrimination and to encourage participation to prevent the spread of HIV to general population.
