摘要
知识经济的到来对人才的需求提出了新时代的要求 ,高校应适应这种人才需求 ,转变教育观念 ;遵循系统、协调、渐进原则 ;深化教育改革 ,提倡创新教育 ,不断加强和推进素质教育 ,培养出新世纪的创新型、复合型、合作型人才 ,为不断增强我国综合国力和国际竞争力提供基础保障。
The arrival of knowledge economy has brought forward a requirement of the new time on talents demand. In this case, colleges and universities should adjust to the talents demand and transform their education ideology, systematically, coordinately and step by step. colleges and universities should deepen education reform and advocate education renovation to continuously strengthen the quality education. Only in this way can colleges and universities cultivate talents characterized by their all round knowledge, strong sense of renovation, and cooperation which guarantee the sustainable developmeat of China's comprehensive strength and international competitive ability.
