摘要
TPS系列测试电源是专门为计量检定和精密测试而研制的特种电源。该电源历经十几年的不断发展,已经推出三十多个品种。本文介绍该测试电源的主要特点,关键技术和发展过程。
TPS serial test power supply is a special kinds of power supply developed for metrology and precision test.More than 30 kinds of products have been developed through more than 10 years effort.The main features,key technologies and development process are described in this paper.
