摘要
本文根据武钢第三炼钢厂近几年的连铸生产实践,统计分析连铸板坯发生纵裂的原因,影响板坯纵裂的主要因素有钢的成份、过热度、结晶器液面的稳定、拉速、保护渣等。通过采取相应的措施,使连铸板坯纵裂缺陷得到很大改善。
The paper has analysed the causes of longitudinal crack of continuously cast slab by the statistical method according to the datas of CC process at No.3 Steelmaking Plant of WISCO since the CC line put into operation. Many factors have been attributed to the incidence of longitudinal crack, including the composition and superheat of molten steel,stability of liquid steel level in mould,casting speed,mould powder and so on. Some proper measures have been put forward to reduce longitudinal crack of slab.
