摘要
对硬齿面齿轮加工中影响齿形精度的主要误差因素 (包括刀具制造误差和机床运动误差 )进行了理论分析与计算 ,并提出了减小齿形误差的相应措施。
The main error factors that affect the gear shape precision in cutting hardened gears, including manufacturing error of hob and motion error of hobbing machine,are theoretically analyzed and calculated, and the corresponding means to decrease the gear shape errors are presented.
