摘要
提出了大型机加工件的装夹及定位设计方案。通过分析和计算工件加工及使用时的受力状态 ,给出了工件支撑与夹紧方式的判断方法 ;应用三维测量及坐标变换法确定了工件与机床间的位置关系 ,达到勿需调整工件位置即可准确定位的目的。
The design scheme of clamping and locating in machining large-sized workpieces is put forward. By the stress analysis of workpiece in machining process or in practical application, the determining methods of supporting and clamping way for the workpiece are given. The location relationship between workpiece and machine tool is determined with applying three-dimensional measurement and conversion of coordinates to attain the goal that the workpiece can be accurately located with no adjustment.
