摘要
本文研究了新试剂4,8-萘二磷酸偶氮氯磺酚与铌的显色反应.在2.4mol/L HCl介质中,铌与该试剂生成蓝色络合物,所形成络合物最大吸收波长为653nm,摩尔吸光系数为3.7×10~4,铌含量在0~30μg/25ml范围内符合比尔定律.方法用于钢铁中铌的测定,获得满意结果.
In this paper, the colour reaction of Nb(V)with new reagent 4, 8-naphthalene-disulfonicazo chlorosulfophenol has been described. A blue complex is formed in 2.4 mol/L HC1 medium.Its absorption maximum is at 653nm and the molar absorptivity is 3.7×104.Beer's law is obeyed in the concentration range of 0-30ng niobium ( V ) per 25nil. This method has been used to directly determine niobium in steel and iron with good result.
