摘要
利用主应力法对半球形封头的拉深成形进行了分析与研究。将板料划分为 4个区域 :法兰区、凹模圆角区、悬空锥形区和球形区 ,对每个区域的应力分布进行了理论推导与探讨 ,以期对该类产品的设计。
The hot drawing process of hemispherical heads is analyzed through slab method in this paper.The billet of the head has been divided into four regions:flange zone,radius region of the female die,cone zone and sphere zone,and the stress distribution rules are theoretically analyzed.This is conduced to the manufacturing process of the products.
