摘要
标准加入法是一种消除干扰的方法.但干扰成份对测定的影响不一,可以使原来的分析参数—浓度关系从F=m_0C变成F=mC,F=m_0C+b或更复杂的情况(折线、弧线等),只有在某种情况下,使用标准加入法才是合理的.本文从理论上进行了探讨.在使用标准加入法时,应审慎判断其适用性.
In chemical analysis, standard addition method is used to eliminate the matrix effect. It is true as the analytical signs are proportional to the concentrations, but in another cases, modifications must be taken. It is discussed theoretically and some advices are given.
