摘要
本文研究了新显色剂4,8-二磺酸萘偶氮氯磺酚与Nb(V)的显色反应和测定条件.测定的酸度为1~3mol/L盐酸,络合物的组成比Nb(V):R=1:2,络合物的最大吸收波长在646nm处,摩尔吸光系数是4.65×10~4.本文提出的测定Nb(V)的方法,不但灵敏度较高,而且选择性也较好,不经分离,可直接测定钢铁试样中的Nb(V),结果良好.
The color reaction of 4, S-disulfanaphthaleneazothlorOsulfopbeaol with niobium (Ⅴ) has been studied. The acidity of determining niobium ( Ⅴ ) is 1-3 mol/LHCl. The molar ratio of Nb ( Ⅴ ) to the reagent in the complex is 1:2. The complex of niobium (Ⅴ) has maximum absorption at 646nm and the molar absorptivity is 4.6S×104. A seasetive and selective method for the spectrophotometric determination of aiolbium(Ⅴ) has been developed. It is applicable to determine niobium ( V ) in steels.
