摘要
本文对就业形势、高职生的人才培养规格、人才培养目标和特点、高职教改情况等作了分析,并提出提高初次就业率的思考。
The Non-pedagogic students of normal school, with the bring-up aim of high-vocational education, are still having too low employment rate nowadays. The essay focuses on the employment cases, as well as analysing the standards, aims, features for bringing up the students and situations about the reform of high-vocational education, giving the view over the ways to improve the first-time employment rate.
