供应链管理是国际最新发展起来的用于提高企业竞争力的管理模式。在云南省茶叶企业中可以应用进行新的供应链构建、充分应用信息技术、建设电子商务平台、发展物流设施。
Supply-chain management is a brand-new management model for raising the enterprises' competitive edge. In the tea enterprises in Yunnan, this management model can be used through the application of information technology, the construction of electronic business and capital platforms as well as the improvement of the facilities of circulation.
