摘要
目的探讨参麦注射液对 5 6肾切除大鼠肾小球、肾小管的保护作用。方法采用 5 6肾切除造成大鼠肾功能衰竭模型 ,使用光学显微镜观测参麦注射液腹膜透析后肾小球、肾小管形态结构的变化。结果参麦注射液具有促进受损的肾小球、肾小管修复作用 ,其作用与参麦注射液抗肾间质炎相关。结论参麦注射液具有保护 5 6肾切除大鼠肾脏的作用 ,这种保护作用与其抗肾间质炎功能相关。
Objective To study the protective effect of Shenmai injection (SMI) on renal glomerulus and tubule in rats with 5/6 nephrectomy. Methods By means of light microscopy, the morphological structural changes of the glomeruli and tubules in rats with chronic renal failure model caused by 5/6 nephrectomy were observed, for whom SMI was given intraporitoneally as a protecfive therapy. Results SMI could promote the recovery of injured glomeruli and tubules. Its effect was associated with inhibiting interstitial nephritis. Conclusion SMI has the protective effect on the kidneys in rats with 5/6 nephrectomy by inhibiting interstitial nephritis.
