摘要
绢云母是一种细粒白云母 ,属云母类 ,在我国属稀有品种。安徽滁州绢云母矿资源量大质优。根据该矿矿物组成特性 ,采用分级除砂提纯、浮选可得到品位 >96%的绢云母精矿 ,再经漂白除铁、剥片机磨剥可得到 80 0～ 1 2 5 0目、白度 86%的绢云母粉。应用试验表明 ,绢云母、云母粉可成功应用于橡胶、工程塑料、建筑涂料。
Sericite is a kind of fine white mica, with only small deposit in our country. In Chuzhou, Anhui, there is a large quality sericite deposit. Based on mineralogical analysis of this ore, a concentrate with sericite over 96% is obtained by the process of 'sand removal and purification by classification-flotation', then a 800-1250 mesh sericite powders with a whiteness of 86% is produced by the further process of 'iron removal by bleaching-attrition by attritor'. Test results show the products can be expected to apply to the industries such as rubber, engineering plastics and architectural coating.
