摘要

This article focuses on changing the concept of educational teaching,working out a plan,establishing and perfecting the rules on teaching management and dealing with carrying out the method about teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,putting elective course into effect,and but also have studied and practiced the rules on the main courses and the subsidiary courses.
