摘要
教师素质是教育改革成败的一个决定性因素 ,把教师教育作为一个主要内容抓紧抓好 ,是提高全民素质、贯彻素质教育方针的根本保证。以教师技能训练作为教师职前教育的一个重要内容进行理论研究和实践探索 ,对师范生面对未来教育、参与社会竞争和献身教育事业 ,促进教育发展 ,具有一定的现实意义。
The quality of teachers is vital to the success of the education reform. Holding to teachers' education is the basic tactics to improve the qualities of the nations and to carry out policy of quality education. The theoretical research and practical explorations into the teaching skill training before their working is significant for the normal school students' in competition and devotion to the education.
