摘要
民办高等教育是 2 1世纪高等教育的重要组成部分 ,但是 ,我国民办高等教育的发展却受到许多因素的制约。本文从制约民办高等教育发展的关键因素之一宏观管理体制入手 ,在分析了现存的民办高等教育管理体制存在的问题以及发达国家私立高等教育管理体制的成功经验基础上 ,提出了促进我国民办高等教育快速、健康发展的对策。
In China, the development of private higher education is restricted by many elements.Focused on the macroscopic administrative system which is one of the decisive restricting elements,this article analysised the problems of the present administrative system of private higher education in China and the successful experiences in some developed countries,and put forward a few countermeasures that might promote the development of private higher education in China rapidly and smoothly.
