摘要
目的 明确大鼠胃肠道Cajal间质细胞的超微结构特点。方法 选用健康成年雄性SD大鼠的胃窦、小肠、结肠组织 ,进行透射电镜观察。结果 大鼠Cajal间质细胞的主要结构特点为 :完整的基膜 ,丰富的沿细胞膜分布的小空泡 ,细胞质内细胞器丰富 ,以线粒体最显著 ,异染色质较多 ,沿核膜分布 ,Cajal间质细胞之间、与神经元细胞、肌细胞之间形成很多的缝隙连接。结论 Cajal间质细胞具有独特的超微结构特点 ,易于识别 ,且其超微结构特点与其功能相适应。
Aim To study the ultrastructure character of Cajal interstitial cell of rat gastrointestinal tract.Methods Tissues of gastric antrum?small intestine?colon of healthy adult male SD rat were observed through electric telescope.Re sults The main character of Cajal interstitial cells of rat were numerous small vacuoles scattered along cell membrane,integrated basal lamina,abundant organelles compacted in cytoplasm,among them the mitochondrion was the most notable,heterochromatism distributed along nuclear membrane was the major,many gap junctions were formed between Cajal interstitial cells and neuron cells,between Cajal interstitial cells and myocyte,and between themselves.Conclusions Cajal interstitial cells have unique ultrastructure character.It is easy to identify them,furthermore,its ulrtastructure character is suitalble with its functions.
