摘要
目的 总结减少显微支撑喉镜手术并发症的经验。方法 参考国内外文献，分析总结临床经验与教训，培训手术人员，提高手术技能，并引进相应设备，改善工作条件。结果 显微支撑喉镜手术并发症由35．3％（1998年－1999年）降低到7．7％（2000年）。结论 思想上的重视，适当的麻醉，操作技能的提高，相关条件的改善，可使显微支撑喉镜手术并发症大为减少。
ve To sum up clinical experience on prevention of complications occurred during microsurgery carried out under self-retaining laryngoscope. Methods A retrospective study was firstly done to sum up clinical experience on operating techniques among our cases treated before,and then, a literature review was made to learn advances of technique in laryngeal microsurgery to improve the knowledge on laryngeal operation. Furthermore, efforts were made to train surgeons to improve their skill and to renew the operating equipments to create a better working circumstance. Later on, new cases receiving microsurgery under self-retaining laryngoscope were taken as a sample to confirm our experience. Results The occurring rate of complications during the process of this kind of surgery were reduced from 35- 3% during 1998-1999 to 7. 7% in 2000. Conclusion The occurring rate of complications during laryngeal microsurgery can be significantly reduced on the basis of improvement in clinical experience,operating skill and associated equipments.
